Information ex art.13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 for the processing of sensitive data:
Dear visitor,
pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, on the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, the processing of information concerning you, will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights.

Legislative Decree No 196/2003,
Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned shall have the right to obtain the indication:
(a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the holder, the managers and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
(e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons responsible or in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
(a) the updating, rectification or, where relevant, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those of which there is no need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
(c) the statement that the operations referred to in points (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
(b) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
